Very good.
A plus will give you exercises to put in practice to adapt to the ideas of engaging with yourself. I’d listen to it twice and definitely understood so many things. If you are looking for an extra push towards being your best version this book will help you.

I feel like the exercises were great...
The exercises were good, I think... the book moved at a speed reading rate and didn't leave space to actually complete an exercise. this is especially true if you don't have the physical workbook and if your fast fingers aren't fast enough to get it paused in time.

THE NARRATOR HAS A VERY CALMING BUT YET FIRM VOICE THAT REALLY ENCOURAGES YOU TO DO THE WORK. I RECOMMEND THIS WORKBOOK HIGHLY WELL DONE AND THANK YOU FROM THE DEEPS OF MY SOUL....I AM TRULY FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 63 YEARS ON THIS EATRH LEARNING TO LOVE MYSELF AND IT'S GRAND !

Therapist Recommended
