Books 4, 5, and 6 in the Amazon Best-Selling Series

"Mad Max Meets The Good, The Bad, & The Ugly"

Book 4: Rising

He survived The Scourge, defeated The Cartel, and escaped The Dwellers. Now he wants revenge.

After a brutal attack on his homestead, Marcus Battle seeks to find the men who took away his second chance at life in a postapocalyptic world. When he finds them, they'll wish they'd left him alone.

Book 5: Battle

All he wants is peace.

All he finds is war.

Marcus Battle is a wanted man. No matter where he goes or what he does, he can't escape those who aim to kill him.

But as he fights off one would-be vigilante after another, a new threat emerges. It's a threat worse than the viral Scourge that plunged his world into a dystopian nightmare and it could give rise to second apocalypse.

Can Marcus fend off the coming attacks or will he finally fall prey to an enemy he won't see coming?

Book 6: Legacy

She's small. She's quiet. She's deadly.

Lou survived the plague that killed her mother. As her father sheltered her from the evil that consumed the world, he taught her how to survive. After an ambush leaves her orphaned, the young, unassuming girl put her skills to the test. A wanderer every bit as brilliant as she is deadly, she forges a new path in the wilderness once known as Texas. But can she do it alone?

Great deal

This is an enjoyable ride.... definitely worth a credit for 3 pretty good stories. I wasn’t as interested in the 3rd book, but it was still worth the time. Would recommend.

I came across this series by chance and absolutley love it. The fact that it's narrated by Kevin Pierce makes it all the more enjoyable.

great back story

I'm still very upset that they did what they did to introduce this character Lou but overall I like this character and the story is great other than one main plot point. also a little tired of hearing the word cacophony...lol

Great series

I really like the story and the characters in this series. If I had one complaint it would be the authors lack of research on the firearms used in the series especially on the effectiveness of a shotgun.

Family

Dave and loo crossing the country and learning about these diseased people who were dead but still walking around killing live heart beating people.. Just imagine having to take care of a child and teach them to survive in a world folding in on itself..

Yes!

I loved book 6 from Lou's perspective, learning her early life with her father. I'd recommend this series to everyone!

Wonderful series and narrator!

I started with the first part of the series and almost did not try it because the main characters name was rather corny. Marcus Battle. I am so glad I did. All 6 books were great. Kevin Pierce is truly a great narrator. I found out he is called the "voice of the apocalypse" and it is easy to see why he can take a good series like this and turn it into gold! I am upset because the series is over!

Well written, positive in a challenging world

This type of novel is interesting as the hero overcomes challenges—and this group of books is of great value sharing three such accounts. I like how the author does not drop to bad language or sexually explicit content but fully describes the incredibly difficult world the humanly imperfect heroes deal with. The plot is not overly deep, and the concepts around the fall of the world not overly belabored—rather the focus is on how each person achieves based on their determination to achieve their perception of good—or how each criminal falls to less-than animal status to scratch some primitive itch...and usually lives just long enough to regret that flaw. I enjoyed reading these and will look for other works of both author and reader. The reader was not one that adds substantially to the book, but never detracts from the story. Key voices remain static, and others are not memorable so are easily reused after their initial owner is pushing up daisies... I’ll look for other books he reads.

Enjoy this like enjoying good John Wayne movies.
