I loved how the book is set up and how easily it was to follow. Its informative and makes for a good reference to have in your home health library. It is very rewarding to find books that information I haven't come across before. This book has several nuggets I had not seen before. I think it is a good resource for those wanting to learn how to change their body composition. I loved how the book is set up and easy to follow. It will make a good reference in my home library. It will give you some solid insights to get shredded. This book contains every information you need for your fitness goal, from supplements to nutrient timing to grocery shopping tips. The author explains many diet things involved with muscle building like when to eat, what to eat, and why you need to eat, and there is much advice for building muscle. Overall it is a very informative book.

Excellent Info, Lifechanging...
Longtime lifter with a desire to learn more and more. I read this book way in advance of turning 50 because I want all the secrets to biohack by body forever. Aging is a mindset. This book has helped me map out an excellent plan for my future physique.

Perfect gift for my dad
I got this book for my dad to help him build more muscles. He is not interested in aggressive bodybuilding, just wanting to get stronger. I think at the age of 50 and above, muscle strength and flexibility are important in maintaining physical health. Back pain and knee pain sometimes can be alleviated with stronger back and core and stronger lower body muscles, respectively. Though this book is targeting for bodybuilding, I think anyone who wants to build more muscles through nutrition and workout can benefit from this. My dad likes that the science behind muscle growth and nutrition were explained in simple terms, making the concepts very easy to understand.
