Brings logic to emotion
This book is a wonderful “how to” understand your emotions. Once you understand those emotions you can understand you are not your emotions. I recommend this book to everyone as it is helpful in any situation you are struggling with.

Straightforward
Basic, straightforward book on your emotions and how to handle them better. I appreciated the chapter on the ego. Not many books on the topic cover what the ego is. In addition to explaining what emotions are, there's a wide variety of coping skills that are very straightforward to use. I enjoyed listening to this book at the gym the most, because it was the easiest place to implement techniques on my negative emotions. I sure had a lot of them I was battling there! This book was given to me for free at my request, and I provided this voluntary review.

Good info. I had trouble getting past the narration. To me, it sounds Exactly like getting a self development lesson from Fred of the Scooby Doo cartoon. 🥴
