Great Book!
This book really helped me to understand my addiction and tips and tricks to help control it. I know this is something that seems impossible to control but thats why I love this book. Its not a typical "Abstinence Only" book. It can be that if you'd like of course but it also give you a lot of tools to help reduce and maintain at a low level. When I started this book I drank fairly heavily every single night. I read this book about a year ago and am now just getting around to reviewing it because I listened to it again on Audible. I went from drinking every single day/night to now I have a beverage only socially every few weeks and have done this for almost a year. Thank you for this book!

This did the trick for me!!!
I purchase this book and listen to it. I've been 2 months sober on my terms. After giving up a bottle to a bottle and a half of wine a night, magically I've lost 15 lb with no dieting, and my blood pressure is falling back in line.
